I am a UX/UI designer with a customer service/sales/finance manager background in the automotive and insurance industry. In my current role as a Customer Advocate, I pride myself on offering efficient and meaningful customer service by actively listening and using critical thinking to find a solution that best fits their needs. I am grateful this opportunity allows me to lead with empathy while I am working with customers. I find that the field of UX/UI design allows me to marry what I love about customer service - having the power to provide an exceptional experience which leads to bettering metrics - while also having the ability to work as part of a team, while exercising creativity. Turning wireframes into high-fidelity prototypes, and applying research to design are facets of UX/UI design that excite me! I am especially interested in the music or entertainment industry - as outside of work, I enjoy writing/producing/performing original music.
